I generally try to find cocktails that have few ingredients, have ingredients I’m likely to use again, or are just a bunch of stuff thrown in a pitcher. So, here are some Valentine’s and Galentine’s winners, guaranteed to put you in a “festive” mood. Enjoy!

Get Berry Romantic With A Chambord Royale

I have a long-standing love affair with Chambord. It actually dates all the way back to the ol’ bartending days in my twenties. (Yeah—that long.) You really can’t go wrong mixing Chambord with… just about anything. And it’s always oh-so-pretty!

INGREDIENTS

  • Serves 1
  • Chambord
  • Champagne
  • Raspberries, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix Chambord and champagne into a champagne flute “to taste.”
  2. Garnish with raspberries.
Chambord Royale Cocktail Recipes

Have a Peachy Day With This Georgia Peach Float Cocktail Recipe

I mean, really? Vodka with vanilla ice cream and peaches? Sort of the ultimate indulgence, amiright?

INGREDIENTS

  • Serves 1
  • 4 oz. IZZE Sparkling Juice Peach
  • 1½ oz. vodka
  • 2 oz. peach purée
  • 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 peach slice, for garnish
  • 1 sprig of basil, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put ice cream scoops in large serving glass.
  2. Shake IZZE, vodka, and purée* and pour over scoops.
  3. Garnish with peach slice and sprig of basil.
  4. Get fancy by adding a drizzle of basil olive oil and/or by sprinkling sea salt over the top.

*Just buy bottled peach purée used in Bellinis.


Sweeten Things Up With A Grapefruit Tequila Mojito

We always want what we can’t have and I can’t have grapefruit. But I seriously love mojitos. You fix it and let me know how it goes.

INGREDIENTS

  • Serves 1
  • 6-10 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp. grapefruit juice
  • 2 tbsp. simple syrup
  • 1½ oz. tequila
  • 1/3 cup seltzer water
  • 2 limes
  • Ice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Muddle 6-9 mint leaves in glass with freshly squeezed lime juice.
  2. Add grapefruit juice, simple syrup, and tequila and stir.
  3. Add ice and top off with seltzer water.
  4. Garnish with lime and mint sprig.

Celebrate Galentine’s Day With A Little Giggle Juice

Basically, a super girly “Jungle Juice.” Sugar rim to keep it classy.

INGREDIENTS

  • Serves 8
  • Lemons
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 bottle moscato
  • 3 cups pink lemonade
  • 1 can lemon-lime soda
  • 1 cup vodka
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • Ice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Rim glass with lemon wedge.
  2. Dip rim in sugar.
  3. Combine all ingredients in pitcher and stir.
  4. Serve over ice.
Giggle Juice Cocktail Recipes

Get Smooth With This Red Wine Milkshake Cocktail Recipe

I’m a fan of red wine. And I’m a fan of the adult milkshake. So, I’m sure this one is just perfect for me. (And you.)

INGREDIENTS

  • Serves 3
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 4 oz. vodka
  • 1½ qts. vanilla ice cream
  • Whipped cream, for garnish
  • Maraschino cherries, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend ice cream, red wine, and vodka in blender.
  2. Top off with whipped cream and garnish with cherry.

And, There’s Always Sex On The Beach

You really can’t go wrong with an old classic. The layers are pretty, too. You’ll look like an expert mixologist fixing these, trust me.

INGREDIENTS

  • Serves 1
  • 1⅓ oz. cranberry juice
  • 1⅓ oz. orange juice
  • 1⅓ oz. vodka
  • 2/3 oz. peach schnapps
  • Orange slice, for garnish
  • Maraschino cherries, for garnish
  • Ice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Fill highball or hurricane glass with ice.
  2. Build cranberry juice, orange juice, vodka, then peach schnapps.*
  3. Garnish with orange slice and/or Maraschino cherry.

*Pour liquid ingredients slowly onto the back of a spoon over your highball or hurricane to keep your color layers in tact!

Stay Classy With This Tiffany Mimosa Cocktail Recipe

If you’re really trying to be cute, tie a teeny white ribbon around your flute stem. Everyone will be wow’ed. Until folks start getting drunk and losing them all over the place, but you probably won’t even care by then. Let’s be honest.

INGREDIENTS

  • Serves 10
  • 1 slice of lemon
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 cup blue Curaçao
  • 1 bottle champagne
  • 2 cups of lemonade

DIRECTIONS

  1. Rim champagne flute with lemon.
  2. Dip rim in sugar.
  3. Divide Curaçao between flutes.
  4. Add champagne.
  5. Divide lemonade between flutes.

Or, Get Trashy With Some Rosé All Day Punch

INGREDIENTS

  • Serves 6
  • 1 bottle rosé
  • 1/3 cup vodka
  • 3 cans Spindrift® Blackberry
  • 2 limes
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
  • Ice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in pitcher and stir.
  2. Pour over ice.
  3. Garnish with berries.
